Making Rainforests

Last week we had a very special visitor in our class named Micron Mark. He was a scientist who came to teach us about ecosystems, habitats, and adaptations of plants and animals. We learned about these things by building our very own rainforest models! We learned about each level of a rainforest and how different plants and animals make up and survive on the different levels of a rainforest. We got some more ideas for creating our own animals where we are combining different kinds of structural and behavioural adaptations that we know of!
