Inquiry Learning Stories

Starting today and over the weekend, you will be writing a learning story about your Inquiry so far on your Kidblog. The learning story will be based on a picture that you will take that documents some part of your Inquiry in action.

To start your learning story blogpost, ask yourself:

  • What was I doing in this picture?
  • Why was I doing this activity?
  • What was I learning?
  • Why is this important?
  • Do I have plans to continue this learning? How?
  • What will I do next?
  • What materials do you need to continue this learning?
You may want to start your learning story with:
  • I would like you to notice...
  • I would like to tell you about...
  • I would like to tell you something I learned when I...
After answering the questions about your picture, write a few sentences answering the following questions:
  • How have I been interested and curious in my inquiry?
  • Have I faced any hard parts in my inquiry?
  • What strategies have I used to help me investigate my question, even when it's hard?
Your learning story will be due on Monday March 4th. They should be at least 5-7 sentences long and edited for spelling and punctuation.

Happy story writing!
